What is it?

Breathwork is an active guided meditation with the breath that opens the heart and allows release of negative thoughts, traumas and self limiting patterns. In a one on one healing session I will hold space for you while guiding and using energy clearing tools.

What to expect?

Expect a flow of emotions. Expect a deep release. It’s possible you will cry or need to yell or giggle or laugh hysterically. You will most likely feel an overwhelming sense of love and gratitude for yourself and the universe. You may forgive yourself for the first time. You may have beautiful visions. You may understand it now. Everyone has a different experience and they are always amazing.

Can anyone do it?

Yes, breathwork is for anyone who is ready to breathe. I offer one on one healing sessions, virtual sessions and couples sessions.
